We are urgently seeking a skilled Cash Application Consultant to join our team on a permanent contract. In this role, you will lead the implementation of FIS cash application and collection solutions, ensuring smooth integration and optimization for our clients. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual with strong technical expertise and a passion for excellence.
Your tasks will include:
• Oversee the comprehensive implementation of FIS Cash Application and Collections solutions for a diverse array of clients
• Partner with client teams to gather business requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs
• Guarantee the successful configuration, testing, and deployment of the system
• Offer expert guidance on best practices to optimize client processes
• Leverage extensive knowledge of FIS Cash Application and Collections to address and resolve any issues during implementation
• Stay current on the latest features and enhancements of FIS products
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and escalate potential risks as necessary
To be a good fit for the Cash Application Consultant role, you will have:
• Must possess FIS Cash Application and Collections Certification
• A minimum of 3-5 years in deploying FIS Cash Application and Collections solutions
• In-depth knowledge of FIS systems, integration methods, and financial software
• Excellent analytical abilities with a focus on providing solutions
• Open to traveling to client locations as needed
Keys to success:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively manage client relationships
