Job Title- AVP - Cash Implementation and Client Analytics Lead
Location- Mumbai
Role Description
The Cash Implementation and Client Analytics Lead develops & manages analytics on the implementation pipeline and brings transparency to the I&S and Cash Management leadership team as well as the Coverage and Sales organization. The role enables management of the Imps pipeline and identifies backlogs and deals stuck in the process beyond the agreed SLA & prioritization of implementation leading to superior client experience and expedited monetization of deals.
Business Area
Corporate Cash Management (CCM) helps Corporate clients to optimize their treasury and commercial collections/payments businesses. This improves their cash flow, while offering a wide range of solutions including channel management, global payment services, liquidity management, information and reporting services, and Digital offerings.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Production, enhancement, maintenance and distribution of Global MI related to I&S (both for the I&S function and the coverage teams)
• Data quality controls, enabling translation / transformation of data to stitch together disparate datasources and drive data clean-up
• Support efforts towards monetization analysis (linking deal activity to revenue)
• Drive effort of integrating I&S analytics into strategic platforms (such as saleshome) and other relevant forums (such as Coverage MI)
• Focus on diversified topics such as Capacity Planning, Productivity, Forecasting & more
• Support Global, Regional & local CCM team on KPI & Performance Management
• Support Management teams with investigations, deep dives and adhoc analysis
Your Skills And Experience
• Experience in Analytical & CRM tools such as Tableau & Salesforce
• Knowledge of Deal Lifecycle
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication, stakeholder management & teamwork
• Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
• Strong MI background with high data interpretation skills
