Our Deposits and Payments product team focuses on ensuring the operational excellence and strategic development of our Cash Management Account. By driving improvements and delivering innovative solutions, we support both regulatory compliance and exceptional client outcomes.

What role will you play?
As a part of the Deposits and Payments product team, you will play a key role in understanding our products and identifying opportunities for enhancement. You will collaborate with internal teams, including digital, delivery, data, and engineering, to ensure product feature changes align with regulatory and risk requirements. Using data and market insights, you will inform pricing decisions, assess margin impacts, and support the implementation of interest rate changes. Additionally, you will lead change initiatives across the broader Wealth Management ecosystem.
What you offer
3+ years of experience within the Wealth Management industry, with a strong focus on customer experience and delivering impactful products
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyse data and inform decision-making
Excellent communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
A proactive, self-motivated approach, coupled with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, output-driven environment as part of a small team.
