Key responsibilities of this position include (other responsibilities may be assigned):
Cash Management Administrator - Senior
Manage User Profile in Banking Applications/portals and Trackers Internally
Creating and maintaining IMI Cash Management procedures, process maps and User forms
Support all customer requests such as: new profile creation, reset customer passwords and change access
requirements.
Experience in understanding the customer needs and ensure all required bank documents are obtained
before processing in bank portals.
Seeking approvals from the Divisional Finance Directors
Coordinate with the subsidiary business units, bank and IMI HQ team for new access installments in the
system requested by subsidiary.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external contacts related to Cash Management inquiries
(policies, processes, and systems).
Analyze and manage issues while maintaining control of the process and deliver on commitments.
Communicate effectively with the top management through emails and phone.
Maintaining compliance in the process and adhering to the standards
Requirements
Desired Experience:
Working knowledge in Banking application tool (HSBCnet and BAML Application)
Must be proficient in PC skills, query, especially MS Excel, Word and Power Point
Good interpersonal, communication & computer skills
Working knowledge MS Excel – MIS Reporting
Supervisory Responsibility: No
Qualifications and Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in commerce or equivalent experience in finance or accounting
Requires understanding of cash management products.
Good command over English, accustomed with business writing and speaking.
Problem solving skills and critical thinking skills.
Ability to adapt to changing demands and requirements.
Performance Management:
Work together to plan, monitor and review work objectives and overall contribution to the organization.
