ABOUT THE ROLE

As a General Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll carry out a range of tasks to help us provide the quality care and support our residents deserve. No two days will be the same as you take on diverse responsibilities across housekeeping, cleaning, laundry and catering. It's because this is such a wide-reaching role that you'll be able to play your own part in creating a warm and homely environment. Caring and empathetic, as a General Assistant you'll put our residents first and build the kind of positive professional relationships with them that make their experience with us happy and meaningful.

Job Description

• Provide legal advice on cash management products and services within the financial services sector.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to Corporate banking matters.

• Ensure compliance with UK and international regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including business and compliance teams.

• Advise on risk management strategies and help mitigate legal risks.

• Support the resolution of legal disputes and manage external counsel when required.

• Monitor legal developments and provide updates to relevant teams.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant should have:

• Qualified solicitor status in England and Wales
