Responsibilities
The Cash Management Sales Officer is responsible for driving and implementing the marketing and sales efforts of the bank's Cash Management and Electronic Banking products and services, identifying, analyzing, selling and supporting cash management products and services to established business customers, targeted prospective commercial and corporate clients
Ability to be a team player, communicate and collaborate with the Officers
Overall responsibility for the growth and client adoption of all Cash Management and Electronic Banking products and services
Develop and execute department business plan to support the bank's overall strategic direction and financial objectives
Identify Cash Management revenue sources and support the retention of existing clients
Develop and deploy sales tactics to achieve/exceed revenue and portfolio growth
Collaborate with line of business partners to identify and drive client and prospect sales opportunities
Responsible for consultative sales of Cash Management products and services
Manage and distribute Cash Management production reporting to management
Manage the performance of the Merchant Service portfolio
Develop and deploy employee incentive campaigns to increase Cash Management sales of Cash Management and Merchant Services
Develop and deliver new product training to internal customers to help drive sales, retain, and expand existing relationships
Participate in the development of the Cash Management and Electronic Banking product roadmap
Work closely with Relationship Officers, Business Bankers and Branch Managers among others, to achieve service charge and deposit goals

Position Summary:

Essential Functions:
• Overall responsibility for the growth and client adoption of all Cash Management and Electronic Banking products and services.
