Job Summary:
The Remittance Processor III – Wholesale Lockbox role is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to our company's mission and vision. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting Lockbox Remittance Processing services, performing quality checks, and operating and maintaining scanning equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support Lockbox Remittance Processing services by providing expedited collection and processing of different types of payments and correspondence for our customers and electronic documentation.
• Perform quality checks on outbound mail and conduct basic troubleshooting and escalation of system/department issues.
• Operate and maintain high or low speed scanning equipment for duration of shift, with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor systems and make workflow decisions driven by customer deposit, scanning, data entry, and transmission deadlines to meet deadlines and maintain service level agreements.
Working Conditions:
• Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
• Work schedule may vary depending on business needs.
