Job Description
This role will be responsible for the accurate and efficient recording of foreign and domestic funds to support companywide cash posting.
• Maintains accurate payment posting to customer and G/L accounts, supporting all the company's business units.
• Requiring extreme attention to detail, cashes and posts a variety of incoming domestic and global payments via live check, ACH/WIRE, and lockbox payments.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Excel experience a plus.
• Able to accurately complete high volume of work within specified time frames.
• Able to meet daily deadlines to meet internal/external service level agreements.
