We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Consultant Specialist.
In this role, you will
be a JAVA Developer part of the Cash Equities Middle Office team in Pune.
The job requires candidate to have an Agile mindset and build solutions with DevOps methodology – owning full Software Delivery lifecycle – including design, test driven development, providing operational support.
Candidate should demonstrate excellent problem solving capability and clear communication skills in geographically spread multi-cultural environment.
Techno-Funcational analysis, design, develop and implement solutions for trade capture, booking, allocation, confirmation and settlement. Act as a liaison between business users and developers to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Core Java with microservices and functional understading of React.
Proficiency in technical tools such as SQL and other programming languages for data analysis and troubleshooting
Understanding of Trade matching platforms such as DTCC CTM - BACW and M2I workflow
Strong knowledge of messaging protocols such as FIX, SWIFT or MQ
Experience with middle office platforms and trade management systems
Working experience on MongoDB/PostgreSQL or equivalnt database system
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements (e.g MiFID II, SEC, EMIR).
Hands on experience in Python would be an added advantage.
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) by creating test plans, test cases and coordinating with end users.
