We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Banking Operations team, you will be responsible for providing support to various operations functions related to cheque clearing, lock box processing, payments, reconciliation, team management, and vendor management.
• Key Responsibilities
• Providing daily operational support and escalating issues to manager as needed
• Ensuring compliance with risk frameworks and regulatory requirements
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with agreed KPIs and SLAs
• Driving efficiency by suggesting process automation and improving productivity
• Requirements
• Minimum 2-5 years of business experience in Private MNC Banking organizations with firsthand exposure to all banking-related operation functions of US Banks
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
• Reasonable understanding of regulatory rules applicable to operations functions of the bank
• Hands-on knowledge of cheque clearing functions, payment processes, cash management collection processes, and vendor management
