We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to join our new restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. Responsibilities
Greet guests promptly and courteously, creating a positive dining atmosphere
Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring efficient service
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining presentation standards
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, utensils, and work areas in compliance with food safety standards
Assist with food preparation and kitchen support as needed
Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills
Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, special requests, and concerns professionally
Working hours noons and afternoons
Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required
Knowledge of POS systems
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to handle food safely and adhere to sanitation guidelines
Basic math skills for billing and cash handling purposes
Excellent time management skills to serve multiple tables effectively
Familiarity with food industry standards, food safety protocols, and hospitality practices
Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
Persian and English language is required
