Cashier
Key Responsibilities
As a Hotel Cashier, your main duties will include:
• Processing guest check-ins and check-outs promptly and accurately.
• Handling cash, credit, and debit transactions efficiently and securely.
• Issuing receipts, refunds, credits, or changes due to customers.
• Balancing cash drawers by counting cash at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Resolving billing issues and guest inquiries in a professional manner.
• Maintaining accurate records of daily transactions.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless operations.
• Following all hotel policies and procedures related to cash handling.
