1 Sales Achievement : To influence sale by proactive interaction with customers To emphasis on add on sales & increase in average bill value
2 Customer Service: To handle customer queries To escalate any major customer issues/ feedback to the Store Manager/section Incharge as and when required
3 Billing and Cashiering: To do error free billing To Manage all the cash and credit card transactions To Maintain daily account and reconciliation of the daily transactions To ensure tallying of cash at the start and end of the day To ensure billing is done on the correct price of products To handle correct billing under discount coupons and gift vouchers Making daily, weekly and monthly transaction reports To handle customer returns as per the policy To ensure customer data is collected at the POS Tio ensure that sales credit is captured in the system correctly Petty cash management
4 Maintaining Registers as per Protocol: Maintain cash safe key log register Daily Authorization of DSR from SI GV Register a spar format to be maintained Cancellation of GV at the time of GV redemption with date
5 Store Operations: To ensure that store SOPs are adhered to minimize inventory loss To participate in inventory audit at the store Merchandiser has security tag and accurate Bar Code
