Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and efficient cashier to join our team at Ravens Ark Pvt Ltd. As a cashier, you will be responsible for handling all transactions accurately and efficiently. You will ensure a positive customer experience by providing prompt and courteous service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has good Tally experience, Has good Excel sheet working experience, has strong numerical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with information on products and services.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process transactions.
- Ensure pricing is accurate and promotions are applied correctly.
- Resolve customer complaints in a calm and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
- Issue receipts, PTR, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
- Ensure to deduct proper taxes before making payment
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a cashier or in a similar role in retail or customer service.
- Basic mathematical skills; ability to handle transactions quickly and accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with POS systems.
- Previous experience with Real estate
- Additional language skills a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
