Job Title: Cashier – Jewellery Showroom
Location: Paschim Vihar, Nangloi

Job Summary:
We are looking for a trustworthy and detail-oriented Cashier to join our jewellery showroom team. The ideal candidate will handle all cash transactions efficiently, ensure accurate billing, and provide exceptional customer service to our esteemed clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Billing and Payment Processing:
Accurately process customer purchases using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions securely and efficiently.
Customer Service:
Assist customers with billing queries and provide a friendly shopping experience.
Maintain a polite and professional demeanor at all times.
Daily Cash Reconciliation:
Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift and prepare daily sales reports.
Verify transaction records and resolve discrepancies, if any.
Security and Compliance:
Adhere to all company policies regarding cash handling and financial transactions.
Ensure safe custody of cash, jewellery items, and other valuables during the shift.
Coordination with Team:
Work closely with the sales and inventory team for smooth showroom operations.
Inform the manager of any technical issues with the billing system or discrepancies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a cashier, preferably in the retail or jewellery sector.
Strong numerical and mathematical skills.
Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
High level of integrity, honesty, and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with jewellery products (preferred but not mandatory).
