Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience. Your responsibilities will include handling transactions, assisting with product inquiries, and promoting our products. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Duties
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
Handle cash and Debit payments while ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly.
Balancing Register at shift change
Assist in maintaining an organized and clean checkout area.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer experience.
Cleaning bathrooms and sanitizing tables, chairs, counters.
Sweeping and mopping the dining room area.
Low to Moderate level of lifting.
Support inventory management by restocking food as needed.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Working in a fast paced environment
Working in a team and following leadership
Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in transactions.
Basic math skills for accurate cash management and change calculation.
Excellent communication skills in English
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
