Job Summary
Uni Patisserie seeks a warm, professional, and customer-focused associate to provide exceptional service at our front counter. You will welcome guests, process transactions through the Toast POS system, and ensure each visitor departs with exquisite pastries and a memorable experience.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
Assist guests in selecting pastries and beverages, ensuring accuracy and quality in every order.
Operate the Toast POS system to process transactions quickly and accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Multitask in a fast-paced environment while handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Support teammates to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or cashier roles preferred.
Familiarity with Toast POS is a strong plus.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.
Starting pay: $10 per hour + tips.
