Duties
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Assist customers with product inquiries, providing knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
Conduct product demonstrations to engage customers and promote sales.
Maintain an organized and stocked sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Utilize basic math skills for retail math calculations and inventory management.
Skills
Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory purposes.
Experience with stock management and maintaining inventory levels is a plus.
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse customer base.
Enthusiasm for selling products and providing excellent customer service is essential.
Familiarity with product demos and engaging customers through demonstrations is beneficial.
