This opportunity is located in Summerhaven on Mt Lemmon. Our store is approximately a 60 minute drive from Tucson and is ideal for those seeking flexible part-time work with strong pay. You must have your own personal vehicle and be able to drive yourself to work. This is NOT an entry level position. We require 2 years minimum of previous RETAIL cashiering experience to be considered for the position.
The Mt. Lemmon General Store & Gift Shop is looking for people that would enjoy working on Mt. Lemmon in a retail general store\gift shop\fudge shop. This is a year round, part time retail position of approximately 24-32 hours per week and starts immediately.
Part time position will be scheduled during the store hours as listed below. Full 8 hour shifts will be scheduled to make the commute more worthwhile.
Store Hours of operation are 10 am to 6 pm daily.
Schedule is flexible.
Duties and qualities:
Operate POS register, checking out customers, cutting/packaging fudge.
Restocking, pricing merchandise.
Merchandising, displaying new merchandise.
Able to communicate effectively and politely with customers.
Attentive to detail.
Appropriate dress and appearance is required per our store policies
Enjoy working with customers in a fun, energetic, fast paced work environment.
Able to provide excellent customer service.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to navigate sales floor and stockroom, bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting & lifting Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally.
Schedule Requirements:
Open availability and flexibility. (No night \ evening work)
