The Casino Ambassador is responsible for helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for guests, team members, and visitors throughout the casino property. This role combines strong observational awareness with a service-oriented approach, ensuring that guests feel comfortable while supporting the property’s overall security and safety efforts. Ambassadors provide assistance to guests, monitor activity on the casino floor, and communicate any concerns or incidents to the security team.

Casino Ambassador Duties & Responsibilities
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the casino floor and surrounding areas to promote safety and guest confidence.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests, including answering questions, offering directions, and helping resolve minor concerns.
• Observe the property for safety hazards, suspicious activity, or policy violations and report findings to the security team.
• Support an orderly environment by helping address minor disturbances or escalating situations when appropriate.
• Assist with crowd awareness and guest flow during busy periods, events, or peak hours.
• Respond to guest inquiries in a professional and service-oriented manner while maintaining awareness of security needs.
• Accurately document incidents, observations, or guest concerns according to company procedures.
• Work collaboratively with security personnel, guest services, and operations teams to support a positive guest experience.
• Follow all safety, compliance, and operational procedures established by the property.

Requirements
• Must be a resident of the City of Chicago.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work outdoors.

Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in security, hospitality, guest services, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when responding to guest concerns or incidents.
• Strong observation skills and situational awareness.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Experience working in casinos, entertainment venues, or other high-traffic environments is a plus.
