Mō Tēnei Tūranga Mahi - About the Role
As the Receptionist/Administrator for Ara's Osteopathy Clinic, you'll be the welcoming face of a dynamic teaching clinic, filling in when our regular reception staff aren't available. This casual role involves managing reception duties, coordinating appointments, supporting students and clinicians, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You'll play a key part in delivering excellent patient experiences while contributing to the education of future osteopaths.
Ngā Pūkenga Me Ngā Wheako - Skills and Experience
Knowledge of patient management systems (such as Cliniko)
Knowledge of patient rights especially related to confidentiality, privacy and information.
Computing skills using Microsoft Office suite
Data collection
Knowledge of and experience in record keeping to meet statutory and reporting requirements paired with an attention to detail
Experience in a busy environment with the ability to multitask
Positive and polite disposition
Ability to work cooperatively with others
Ability to work and maintain performance/manage competing demands whilst working under pressure
