We’re growing, and we’re looking for someone confident on the phone to help us connect with employers across Victoria and book appointments for our recruitment team.
About the Role
This is a casual, flexible role focused on outbound calling and relationship-building.
You’ll be:
Calling employers across VIC (warm and cold leads)
Introducing Beyond Employment and our services
Booking appointments for our recruiters
Updating basic call notes and outcomes
Occasionally sourcing your own leads (but we’ll provide plenty to start)
This isn’t a robotic call-centre role. It’s real conversations with real businesses.
Flexibility
Casual position
Work within business hours (9am–5pm, Mon–Fri)
Choose your hours (within reason)
Work from home, on-site, or from our office
Initial training provided in Broadmeadows
What We’re Looking For
Someone confident, friendly, and comfortable on the phone
Strong communication skills
Resilient and able to handle rejection without taking it personally
Organised and reliable
Experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service is a bonus- but not essential
