Ton emploi:

Agir comme personne-ressource dans la résolution des problèmes opérationnels, relationnels et informatiques pour l’ensemble du personnel de la succursale.
Effectuer les tâches administratives quotidiennes variées (ex : courrier, classement, commande de fournitures).
Assurer le suivi rigoureux des budgets liés aux activités d’opération de la succursale et favoriser les bonnes pratiques d’affaires.
Assurer le respect des politiques et des procédures administratives de la succursale.
Maintenir à jour les dossiers de la clientèle.
Répondre aux appels téléphoniques, accueillir les clients et les diriger adéquatement.
Organiser, coordonner et les gérer les rencontres avec la clientèle et les partenaires.
Assurer la maintenance des locaux et la qualité de l’environnement de travail.

La Financière Banque Nationale - Gestion de patrimoine est le cinquième courtier en valeurs mobilières par sa taille au Canada. Nous avons près de 1 000 conseillères et conseillers en placement gérant les avoirs de plus de 400 000 personnes clientes dans environ 100 succursales. Tu relèves de la directrice ou du directeur régional et tu collabores avec l’équipe des conseillères ou conseillers en placement.

Prérequis:

DEC en technique administrative ou technique en bureautique et 3 ans d’expérience dans le domaine du courtage (vente ou opération).
Cours relatifs au Manuel sur les normes de conduite et cours sur le commerce des valeurs mobilières, des atouts
Sens de l’organisation et de la gestion des priorités
Très bonne connaissance des logiciels Word, Excel, Outlook
Capacité à s’adapter aux changements et à travailler sous pression
