This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 6 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including La Dame de Pic (French cuisine, 2Michelin Star), Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dinning, afternoon tea & bar).
Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Bartender to join the team in the Rotunda Bar & Lounge on a casual basis!
About Rotunda Bar & Lounge in Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square:
Presiding at the heart of the Hotel, the Rotunda Lounge is a stylish and elegant venue set beneath a beautiful domed ceiling. Perfect for after work drinks, pre-dinner aperitivo or a nightcap, the Bar offers an impressive menu of creative cocktails, refined classics and rare vintage spirits as well as delicious bar snacks to share.
The Bartender Role
The Bartender provides hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service with a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar. We are looking for a Bartender candidate who is dedicated to creating personalised experiences and lasting memories for our guests.
The Ideal Bartender Will Have
• Minimum of 1 year Bartending experience
• Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks
• We are looking for individuals who have excellent communication and guest contact skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Passion for service
