At the Allpress Roastery Café and Allpress Ponsonby Espresso Bar, our teams are passionate about creating a premium customer experience. We pride ourselves on our commitment to serving delicious and high quality food and beverages and we’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Casual Café All-Rounder to join our vibrant crew.
Our next Casual Café All-Rounder will handle various responsibilities, including front of house and supporting the kitchen. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and food, exceptional multitasking skills, and a friendly attitude.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering excellent customer service. This is a casual role, working as and when required between Monday – Sunday
Here are a few things that would make you the ideal candidate for us…
Experience working quickly and efficiently in a quality café environment.
A keen interest in food and beverage preparation.
Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Basic knowledge of health and safety standards in food preparation.
Passionate about creating a premium customer experience.
Extraordinary attention to detail and pride in what you do.
Strong communicator & team player
