We currently have an opportunity for a Casual Cleaner . Join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality cleaning and sanitisation services across the MTM rail network, which includes a fleet of over 460 three-carriage trains that run on a network consisting of 15 lines. Reporting to Contract Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

Te Kōwhiringa | The Opportunity

This position involves working unsupervised to provide a high-quality cleaning service. The position involves manual handling and lifting and may require you to stand and/or walk for lengthy periods. You will also be working in varying temperatures and weather conditions, and noisy environments at times due to working near trains and trams.

Shift;

Sunday to Thursday 8pm to 1:30am

We are looking to fill position in the following areas:

Craigieburn

Kananook

Ringwood

Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills (experience required)

Desire to work in a fast paced, challenging environment, where you will work as part of a high-performance team focused on working safely and diligently.

Having strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Previous Cleaning Experience is preferrable but not essential.

Rail Industry Worker (RIW) Card desirable but not necessary

Must have Current National Police Check (within twelve months from date of issue)

Candidates having their own transportation will be prioritized.
