MALE/Female Young energetic Support Worker Needed – MARSDEN PARK and SURROUNDING AREA
Community participation AND INhouse support
We are currently seeking a reliable young energetic MALE/Female and experienced Support Worker to assistd NDIS participant around 10 years ol with Inhouse care and community participation for 7 years old boy
Shift Details:
Days: Casual depending on participants requirement
Type: In-home and community participants
Start: Immediate
Weekend-saturday rates- $45 per hour + super
Sunday rates - $55 per hour + super
weekdays - $35 plus super
Prefered those living near Marsden park or surrounding
Essential Requirements:
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Police Check
Relevant qualifications in Disability Support or Community Services
ABN (if working as a contractor)
Previous experience supporting teenagers with intellectual disabilities
Soft Skills:
Calm, reliable, and punctual
Strong communication with family and team
Ability to build trust and routine with a young participant
