Busy Bees at Cameron Park features beautifully designed open-plan rooms and a spacious outdoor setting. Conveniently located in the Northlakes Estate, our 106 place-service has a strong reputation within the local community. We seek passionate Early Childhood Educators dedicated to fostering young children's growth. You'll create nurturing, engaging learning environments, develop age-appropriate curricula, assess progress, and build strong family relationships. Ensure high-quality care and compliance with industry standards to support children's holistic development and lifelong learning.

Essential Qualifications
Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent).
A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.
First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
Ability to provide a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all children.
Understanding the developmental milestones and needs of children in various age groups.
Capability to design, implement and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs for children.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with children, parents and colleagues.
Ability to work as part of a diverse team.
Adaptable to various situations and needs that arise in an early childhood setting.
Desirable Skills and Knowledge:
Familiarity with the national early learning framework for children from birth to five years.
Understanding of the standards and assessment process to ensure quality service.
Respect and understanding of diverse cultures, families and individual children's needs.
Proficiency in using computers and relevant software to document children's learning and development.
Previous experience as an Educator, Assistant Educator, Childcare Assistant or similar.
