Busy Bees at Fraser Coast is a 74-place centre located in the beautiful Wide Bay-Burnett region of Queensland. We seek passionate Early Childhood Educators dedicated to fostering young children's growth. You'll create nurturing, engaging learning environments, develop age-appropriate curricula, assess progress, and build strong family relationships. Ensure high-quality care and compliance with industry standards to support children's holistic development and lifelong learning. We are looking a casual educator that enjoys inspiring children to build a lifelong learning journey.

Location: Torquay, QLD, Australia
Salary: $33.53 - $41.30 (hourly)

Essential Qualifications:
Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent as recognized by ACECQA).
A current and valid check that confirms the candidate's suitability to work with children.
First Aid certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS) to ensure quality practices and outcomes for children.
Capability to guide, mentor and provide direction to other educators in the room or setting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with children, families, colleagues and management.
Experience in designing, implementing and assessing educational programs that cater to the individual needs of children.
Foster positive relationships with children, families and colleagues to promote a collaborative environment.
Desirable Skills and Knowledge:
Passionate casual educator, creating fun and supportive learning experiences for young kids. Encourages growth and play in a safe, nurturing environment.
Ability to create an environment where all children, including those with additional needs can thrive and learn.
Ability to work in partnership with other educators, support staff and external professionals to enhance children's learning and wellbeing.
Proficiency in using relevant software for children's documentation, communication with families and educational planning.
