Casual Educator – Busy Bees at Wellard
Location: Wellard, Perth, WA
Centre Capacity: 104 places
Casual Hourly Rate: $33.53 – $41.30 ( Level WT 2.1 to 3.4 + 25% casual loading)
Busy Bees at Wellard is looking for enthusiastic and flexible Casual Educators to join our vibrant team. If you're passionate about early learning and love working with children, we want to hear from you!
About the Role:
As a Casual Educator, you’ll step in to support rooms across all age groups, helping maintain continuity of care and learning. You’ll work with a team that values inclusion, play-based learning, and collaboration. This is an ideal role for someone looking for flexibility and variety in their work.
What You’ll Bring:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards)
Experience working with young children in a childcare setting
Availability to work between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
A genuine passion for supporting children’s development and wellbeing
Mandatory Requirements:
Working with Vulnerable People (WWCC )
First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting Certificate
Australian work rights
