WE’RE HIRING: Casual Event Staff
Good Times Touring is growing, and we need a reliable, hands-on superstar to join our team and help us run our sold-out comedy and entertainment events across Perth.
If you’re looking for a fun, high-energy weekend gig that pays well and gets you behind the scenes of live shows, this is for you!
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Casual Event Manager / On-Day Coordinator to take charge on the ground. You’ll be the person making sure the venue is ready, the tech works, the guests are happy, and the show runs smoothly.
Typical Shifts: Fridays or Saturdays Hours: Roughly 4–5 hours per shift (usually evening/night)
Pay: Starting at $55 per hour + Superannuation
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Event Setup: Preparing the venue space so it looks great and is ready for guests.
Tech & Sound: Setting up PA systems, microphones, and basic sound equipment
.Guest Experience: Managing the door, checking in attendees (via our ticketing app), and handling any quick questions.
Show Management: Keeping an eye on the run sheet, making sure acts get on stage on time, and ensuring the event flows perfectly.
Bump Out: Packing down equipment quickly and efficiently after the show.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A Doer: You take initiative. If a microphone stand is loose, you fix it. If the line is long, you move it along.
Tech-Savvy (or willing to learn): have basic sound equipment knowledge or be willing to learn, dont worry, we don't expect you to be a Dj.
You must have a valid driver’s license
People Person: You’re friendly, calm under pressure, and great at dealing with venue staff, performers, and excited crowds
