Provide professional and efficient customer service to all visitors.
To answer all enquiries for information and services by telephone, by letter, online or email.
Understand booking, ticketing and payment systems is demonstrated.
Liaison with local tourism operators and other tourism agencies including regional and other tourism organisations and isite New Zealand centres.
Build strong and harmonious relationships with stakeholders to enhance the isite's brand and reputation.
Fixed term casual position between September 2026 and April 2026.
