At Sensible Care, we’re all about providing top-notch support to our senior clients in the Northern Metro Melbourne Areas. We’re on the hunt for caring, fun, and reliable Home Care Superstars to join our team. But here’s the deal – a huge part of this role is domestic assistance (helping clients keep their homes clean and tidy).

What You’ll Be Doing

Household Helper: Domestic assistance is a big part of this role—cleaning, tidying, and keeping things organised.
Happiness Ambassador: Bring warmth, a friendly smile, and a kind heart—because good company makes everything better.
Driving Dynamo: Safely transport clients to appointments and errands.
Care Hero: Help with personal care tasks to make daily life easier and more comfortable.
Respite Rock Star: Give family carers a well-earned break while you provide support.
What We Need From You

We’re looking for reliable, enthusiastic team players who are ready to provide domestic assistance and more. To join our crew, you’ll need:

Must be able to speak Greek and/or Italian
A clear Police Check certificate (completed in the past 6 months)
A Working with Children Check (WWCC-employee only) or willing to obtain
An NDIS Worker Screening Check (we’ll provide you with out NDIS Provider Number)
First Aid (level 2), and CPR
A Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (this is not a requirement, but preferred)
A friendly, can-do attitude with great communication skills
A reliable and insured car with an Australian/Victorian driver’s licence – This is essential. If you hold an international licence, we will not be able to accept applications
Willingness to travel to clients’ homes
Availability of at least two full days per week
Work Hours and Availability

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
