Casual On-Call Community Home Care Workers
Location: Canungra and surrounding areas
Employment Type: Casual | On-Call Relief
Award: SCHADS – Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services

Right at Home is a leading provider of in-home care, supporting people to live independently, safely, and with dignity in their own homes. We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Casual On-Call Support Workers to join our team and assist clients across the community.
About the Role:
As a Community Home Care Worker, you’ll travel between clients' homes to deliver personalised, person-centred care and support. This role offers flexibility and variety, with services that may scheduled between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide domestic assistance, including light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
Offer social support and transport, such as accompanying clients to appointments, shopping, or social activities
Assist with mobility and use of aids, including walking frames and wheelchairs
Monitor and report on clients’ health, wellbeing, and safety
Participate in remote team meetings and virtual training sessions as required
What You’ll Need:
Australian Federal Police Clearance
Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current Australian Driver’s Licence
Valid Working Rights in Australia
Reliable, registered, and comprehensively insured vehicle
Smartphone with internet access
