Right in the heart of Belfast City, Moxy Belfast City is bringing the buzz — and we’re looking for Casual / Part Time Front Office Crew who know how to work a room, set the mood, and make guests feel instantly at home.
Your Mission (If You Choose to Accept It)
You’re the first high-five, the warmest welcome, and the keeper of the vibe. From check-in to check-out, you’ll bring confidence, personality, and effortless cool to every guest interaction. You’ll help keep our front desk (and bar) buzzing — because at Moxy, boring is not an option.
What You’ll Be Getting Up To
Check-In, But Make It Fun – Welcoming guests with speed, style, and a smile that says “You’re gonna love it here.”
Front Desk x Bar Energy – Our front desk doubles as a bar, so you’ll sometimes be pouring drinks, sparking conversations, and keeping the social scene alive.
Guest Guru Mode – Answering questions, handling requests, and fixing issues with confidence and creativity.
Spreading the Word – Hyping up hotel events, local hotspots, and everything cool happening in and around Belfast.
Crew Love – Teaming up with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and the wider Moxy crew to keep things running smooth and stylish.
Who You Are
A total people person — friendly, confident, and comfortable chatting with anyone
Experience in hospitality or customer service is great, but attitude matters more
Quick on your feet and cool under pressure
Not afraid of a fast-paced, social environment
Tech-friendly (we’ll train you on the systems)
A natural fit for the Moxy brand — energetic, fun, and full of personality
Available for casual / part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends
