About the role
As a Casual Sales Assistant at Arms Of Eve, you will support the Store Manager and broader team in the daily operations. Your role includes creating a positive and engaging shopping environment, driving sales and contributing to the boutique’s overall success. If you have a passion of jewellery, accessories and fashion, excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, this role is designed for you! We seek creative, kind and like-minded individuals to join us on this journey. The ideal candidate will also have availability to work 20+ hours per week, with flexibility across weekdays, weekends and peak retail periods.
Key responsibilities
Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service and foster a warm and memorable in-store experience.
Brand ambassador: Build relationships and embody our brand spirit to create a loyal customer base.
Sales and Performance: Assist achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs by maintaining visual merchandising standards and sharing product knowledge.
Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels and replenishment to ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
Visual Merchandising: Ensure visual merchandising directives are consistently met.
Store Operations: Support daily store operations, including opening / closing procedures, cash handling and administrative tasks.
Loss Prevention: Help monitor customers to prevent loss.
Customer Feedback: Gather and share customer feedback to improve product selection and service.
