About the Role
As a Casual Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and helping clients find the perfect fit across our range of tailoring, casualwear and accessories.
You will work closely with the team to maintain a premium in-store experience and contribute to achieving store sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional and personalised customer service
Assist customers with styling, product knowledge and suiting advice
Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Support stock replenishment and daily store operations
Build strong customer relationships and brand loyalty
Contribute to achieving store sales targets and team goals
Skills and Experiences:
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous retail or customer service experience (fashion experience highly regarded)
Has a passion for fashion, styling and premium retail
Is confident engaging with customers and building relationships
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is well presented, motivated and reliable
Is available to work flexible casual hours including weekends and peak retail periods
