Engaging with customers to understand their needs and offer personalized service.
Building strong customer relationships and providing product knowledge across a range of designer brands.
Maintaining the visual standards of the store, including stock presentation and replenishment.
Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Staying up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and new product arrivals.
Supporting the team with general store duties to ensure smooth operations.
Assisting in-store promotions, events, and seasonal launches.
Qualifications
Previous experience in luxury retail or customer service is preferred but not essential.
Passion for fashion and knowledge of premium and designer brands.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
