The casual role
Snooze Stones Corner is looking for a passionate Sales Assistant with a confident, genuine approach and a talent for building strong customer relationships. A deep commitment to providing expert sleep solutions is essential.
Availability on both Saturday and Sunday is essential. We’re open to offering part-time or casual hours for the right candidate.
At Snooze, you will
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
Build rapport and establish lasting relationships with customers
Collaborating with your team in the day-to-day store operations – you will be merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, and walking the floor.
You will bring
A genuine people person with the ability to build rapport quickly
Previous retail experience in selling big ticket items is preferred, but not essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and adapt
The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the physical strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time
