Position Summary: As Casual Spa Butler at St. Pancras Renaissance you are responsible for assisting our Director of Spa/ Spa Operations Manager in providing a five star luxury service to members, hotel guests and visitors. As a key member of the spa team, you are required to assist in the smooth-flow of Spa clients throughout the day including escorting the guests around the spa, advising and up selling retail items at the point of departure, as well as ensuring that the guests are comfortable at all times. Your responsibilities also include keeping the spa kept neat, tidy and clean, including the changing rooms, toilets, showers, pool area and relaxation areas.

• Takes actions necessary to resolve any standards that are not being achieved.
• Manages day to day activities and administration of Spa Reception.
• Answers phones and takes bookings utilizing the companies Spa booking tools.
• Responds effectively to guest enquiries either by phone or face to face.
• The role encompasses working with the Director of Spa/ Head of Spa Operations and Development to successfully execute all spa and leisure operations; striving to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.
• It is your responsibility to use initiative and a proactive approach to ensure we always give our guests unique and fabulous options to make the most of their time and their visit and to make their experience in the Spa areas unique.
• Complies with COSHH and Health and Safety Standards.
• Follows the lost property procedures.
• Complies with Brand Standards when cleaning and getting each room ready for the guest arrival.

• Attitude, grooming standard, body language and tone need to be positive, supportive and on brand at all times.
• You are expected to deliver service to your full potential when you are here.

• You are also expected to carry out other duties that may be required to.
