Casual supermarket supervisor
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Casual Supermarket supervisor to help lead our team and deliver a great shopping experience for our customers.
About the role
As a supervisor, you’ll support day to day store operations and step up to lead the team when required. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same
Availability requirements
Must be available for weekend work
Must be available for evening/night shifts
Flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed
Key responsibilities
Supervise and support team members on shift
Deliver excellent customer service
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Ensure store presentation and cleanliness standards are met
Handle customer enquires and resolve issues professionally
Support stock control, merchandising and register operations
What we are looking for
Previous retail or supermarket experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual and team focused attitude
Problem solving skills and initiative
