Are you practical, reliable, and enjoy leading a team to deliver awesome events? We’re looking for a hands-on Casual Site Supervisor to join our growing event hire company.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for leading a small crew to set up and pack down marquees, event structures, and decorations for weddings, parties and corporate events across Perth. This includes:
Leading the setup and pack down of marquees, lighting, and decorations
Instructing and supervising casual crew/labour on site
Ensuring gear is packed securely and safely
Managing job paperwork and following event setup plans
Locking up equipment
Ensuring safety/compliance of each setup
Driving a provided Ute or truck to and from sites
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in event setups, trades, rigging, or similar hands-on roles
Proven ability to lead small teams and take initiative on site
Strong problem-solving skills and a “get it done” mindset
A current driver’s licence
Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Physically fit and able to lift, carry and work outdoors in all weather
Perks & Details
Casual position with flexible shifts depending on event schedule
Paid above award casual rates with penalty rates for weekends
Company Ute or truck provided for all jobs
Base warehouse in Wangara, servicing events all across Perth
