We have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Customer Service Operator to join our team. This position offers the opportunity for full-time hours from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with time off over the school holidays and a 6-week closure during the Christmas period.

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls & emails with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding our products/services.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
Follow company guidelines and protocols to ensure consistent service quality.
Requirements:
A Working with Children Check (WWCC) or a willingness to obtain one.
Previous experience in customer service or phone operator roles is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic approach.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficient computer skills.
