Job Description
We are currently looking to grow our casual pool of umpires for our nightly, energetic social sports competition!
In joining our Recreation Services team at Lords Recreation Centre you will be responsible for the following as a Casual Netball or Basketball Umpire
Responsible for the game play and rulings of fames within the court sports environment.
Maintain updated knowledge of the current by-laws for the specific sports competitions.
Responsible for equipment while umpiring including bibs, balls and scoreboards.
Report any unsportsmanlike conducting and assist the sports team with any investigations into incidents.
The essential requirements for these positions include:
Experience in umpiring/refereeing
Available Monday through Thursday nights 5.45pm - 10pm (Netball)
Available Monday through Wednesday nights 5.45pm - 10.30pm (Basketball)
Umpiring qualifications (desirable)
