Casual Position | Flexible Hours
Viet Street is a new Vietnamese street-food takeaway opening in Nuriootpa, serving fresh Bánh Mì, Pho, rice bowls and classic Vietnamese street eats.
We are looking for friendly and reliable casual team members to help during busy periods and peak service times. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments and working as part of a small team.
About the Role
As a Casual Team Member at Viet Street, you will assist with daily shop operations, including:
Taking customer orders and processing payments
Preparing simple menu items and assisting with food preparation
Assembling Bánh Mì and takeaway meals
Washing dishes, trays and kitchen equipment
Keeping the kitchen and front-of-house areas clean and organised
Wiping benches, cleaning workstations and maintaining food prep areas
Sweeping and mopping floors when required
Taking out rubbish and maintaining general shop cleanliness
Assisting the team during busy service periods
Providing friendly and efficient customer service
What We’re Looking For
Positive attitude and good work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and reliable team player
Availability during lunch, evenings and weekends
Hospitality or fast food experience is a bonus
