Job Responsibilities
Catalogue and Listing
- Prepare New Products List with use Best Keywords Relevance of Product.
- Ability to create unique descriptions for various products.
- Product Upload in Bulk & Single on Marketplaces – Amazon , Flipkart , Myntra etc
- After Products Live on marketplaces – Keep Match with your Products details and image.
- Check each product page, and look out for errors or mismatch of data, and getting them rectified.
- Keep Record Maintaining New Products and Old Products details with images/Video.
- Keep time to time Update Products details with image / Video – those Product already Live on websites.
- Keep Watch live Products Review and Rating.
- If Customers Return have Particular Product – have plan of action.
- Handle buyer messages, negative feedback, claims, and overall account health.
Inventory Management
- Manage Inventory
- Match Inventory Physical stock with Technical stock as updated
- Fill the inventory as per Requirement by Marketplaces sales.
- Forecast - Buy Stock Requirement
Requirements
- Proficient with MS Office especially MS Word and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Knowledge of researching online.
- Minimum 2 years of Ecommerce Experience.
- Ability to work hard and meet daily targets
- Must hold degree/ graduate –From Commerce
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Should be Smart and Proactive.
