About the Internship:
Manage day-to-day operations of the E-commerce platform and cover all activities including listing, forecasting, marketing, order processing returns handling etc. to ensure the smooth functioning of the account. Manage and confirm orders on different marketplaces (Flipkart, Amazon, etc.) Listing of products on various online portals.
The position represents an excellent opportunity for an individual to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial setup with high growth potential. Your work will be integral to achieving our high growth targets. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented and knows of E-commerce operations best practices and systems.
Key responsibilities:
1. Sell on Marketplace, Company Website, and other online platforms
2. Monitoring sales and returns on Marketplace like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
3. Catalogue listing and managing products on the marketplace
4. Monitoring Customer experience (correct product, packaging, sending the product in good condition, a product reaches on time)
5. Looking after the entire listing process, cataloguing, pricing, comparing prices, deals
6. Setup and manage the E-commerce department
7. Relationship building with the key account managers of assigned Marketplaces
8. Sales Reporting - Returns & Cancellation
+. Develop sales strategy for existing inventory and new product launches
10. Coordinate with marketing, sales, supply chain, and operations on the day-to-day management of the E-commerce platform
11. Reviewing content copy and legal disclaimers to verify their accuracy
12. Responsible for the e- retail catalogue by accurately classifying and correcting data of existing SKUs. Setting up scalable processes to gather information from different sources to provide accurate information in an automated/structured manner
Required Experience and Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in operations, business, or other related fields
2. Min. 1 year of hands-on e-commerce, and operations experience
3. Should have excellent English communication skills, Pleasant personality, Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
4. Ability to dive deep into a problem, perform root cause analysis and identify constraints to recommend a solution, Dashboarding & Reporting, Team & Performance Management and Excellent time management skills
Preferred Certifications: Google digital marketing, Amazon Sponsored Ads Certification
