The Role
The Category Head - Government Exams will be responsible for overseeing and managing a specific category of government exams. This role involves developing strategies and plans to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization's government exam offerings, including designing and implementing programs to improve the quality of the exam offerings & coordinating with other departments to ensure the seamless delivery of services.
Roles And Responsibilities
• Developing and executing strategies to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the government exam offerings
• Leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure the quality and timeliness of exam preparation, administration, and evaluation
• Managing the budget and resources for the category, including monitoring financial performance and developing and implementing cost-saving measures
• Analyzing exam performance and identifying areas for improvement to enhance the quality and reliability of exams
• Coordinating with other departments and teams to ensure seamless delivery of exam services and support to candidates and stakeholders
• Staying up-to-date with trends and developments in the field of government exams and incorporating new technologies and innovations to improve exam delivery and evaluation.
To excel in this role, a Category Head - Government Exams must have a strong background in exam management and operations, along with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. They should also possess a deep understanding of the government exam landscape and regulations, as well as the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ideal Profile
• You have at least 6 years of experience including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services.
• You are a seasoned leader with strong experience in managing P&Ls and driving growth within organizations.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
