Job Description
We are looking for a senior leader to build and scale a high-trust, premium events business from the ground up.
This role owns the end-to-end events vertical — from concept and pilot events to a nationally distributed, scalable business. The mandate goes far beyond execution. This person will treat events as both a product and a P&L-led business, not a one-off project.
You will own experience design, operating model, partnerships, and financial performance, with full accountability for quality, scale, and sustainability.
What You Will Own
1. Events Strategy & Category Building
• Define the vision, positioning, and differentiation for the events category
• Set pricing, experience standards, and end-to-end user journey
• Build events as a repeatable and scalable national offering
• Design the roadmap to move from pilot formats to consistent, multi-city execution
2. End-to-End Event Execution
Own the complete on-ground experience, including:
• Events calendar and capacity planning
• Demand generation and repeat attendance
• Venue selection, layouts, and attendee flow
• In-event branding, food & beverage, decor, ambience, and hospitality
• Post-event experience, feedback loops, and quality
