Responsibility
• Analyze and research exams patterns, type of questions and difficulty level to remain updated with the latest trends in questions asked in Banking/Insurance exams
• Plan, develop and execute the launch of new Test Series in coordination with SMEs and other team members
• Review content and questions created by other SME/Content Developers to ensure quality
• Ensure constant up-gradation of existing content for various exams
• Analyze the performance of content using high-end analytical tools, draw insights and improve content quality
• Interact with users to understand their needs, take feedback and clear their doubts
• Train Content Developers (both in-house and freelancers) to make them deliver better content
• Remain updated with latest pattern of Banking/Insurance/MBA exams
Desired Skills :
• Having 4+ years of experience in content management or similar lead level role
• Team Handling experience of 15-20 members
• Must have qualified banking/Insurance mains exams
• Good managerial skills and problem-solving skills
• Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
• Good communication and Data analysis skills
